Cloudbeds connected to your local bank.

IBGO connects Cloudbeds to BAC Credomatic, BCR, Banco Nacional and other acquiring banks across Central America and the Caribbean.

Accept payments directly through Cloudbeds. Process them through your own local merchant account. Receive the funds directly into your own bank.

The gap

Global hospitality software. Local payment processing.

Cloudbeds is one of the world's leading hospitality management and reservation platforms. Hotels throughout Central America use it to manage reservations, rates, availability and guest information.

But when it comes time to collect payment, many local banks are not supported.

A hotel in Europe or the United States can connect Cloudbeds to an approved payment provider and charge the guest directly from the reservation.

A hotel in Costa Rica may use exactly the same Cloudbeds platform — but BAC Credomatic, BCR and Banco Nacional are not available as direct payment connections.

IBGO builds the connection that is missing.

How it works

Cloudbeds → IBGO → Your local bank

IBGO creates a secure connection between your Cloudbeds account and your existing local acquiring bank. When a payment is initiated, IBGO:

Reads the reservation and payment information from Cloudbeds.

Verifies the amount and currency.

Sends the transaction to your local acquiring bank.

Returns the payment result to Cloudbeds.

Updates the reservation automatically.

The payment is processed through your own merchant account, and the funds settle directly into your own bank.

IBGO moves the payment instructions — not your money.

The daily cost

Stop sending payment links manually

Without a direct connection, hotels are forced to interrupt the reservation process. The hotel receives a booking, creates a separate payment link, sends it to the guest, waits for the guest to complete it, checks whether the payment arrived, and then updates the reservation manually.

IBGO brings the payment back into the Cloudbeds workflow.

The hotel can process the payment through its local bank without leaving the reservation platform or relying on a separate manual payment process.

Coverage

Use the bank you already have

You do not need to replace your bank or open a foreign payment account. IBGO is designed to connect Cloudbeds with local acquiring banks, including:

Costa Rica
  • BAC Credomatic
  • Banco de Costa Rica — BCR
  • Banco Nacional
Expanding into
  • Panamá
  • Guatemala
  • Dominican Republic
  • Additional Central American and Caribbean markets

Each bank connection is developed according to the bank's own technical and security requirements.

Control

Your merchant account. Your bank. Your money.

Funds settle directly to you

The charge is processed through the hotel's own merchant account. Funds move from the acquiring bank directly into the hotel's bank account. They never pass through an IBGO account.

You keep your banking relationship

Your processing agreement, negotiated rates, settlements and merchant account remain directly between your business and your bank. IBGO does not replace your bank and does not become the merchant of record.

Your hotel remains in control

You continue using Cloudbeds to manage the reservation and your local bank to process and settle the payment. IBGO simply makes them work together.

Accuracy

The correct amount in the correct currency

IBGO reads the transaction amount and currency directly from Cloudbeds and passes both to the acquiring bank. Currency is never assumed.

₡500,000 ₡500,000 US$500,000

If Cloudbeds sends a charge for ₡500,000, IBGO submits ₡500,000 — not US$500,000. If the currency information is missing or invalid, the transaction is stopped and an alert is generated instead of allowing an incorrect charge to continue.

Roadmap

Built for Cloudbeds. Designed to expand.

Our first integration connects Cloudbeds to local acquiring banks because this is one of the clearest payment gaps facing hotels in the region. But IBGO is built as a broader international banking gateway. The same infrastructure can eventually connect other hotel-management systems, booking platforms, e-commerce platforms, property-management systems, additional local banks and acquirers, and multiple countries and currencies.

Cloudbeds is where IBGO begins — not where it ends.

New banks and countries will be prioritized according to hotel demand and technical availability.

Pricing

When you get paid, we get paid.

IBGO does not charge a monthly subscription. There is a one-time setup and integration fee, followed by a fee of only:

0.1% per successful transaction

No monthly software fee

You are never billed for a month in which nothing was processed.

Nothing on unpaid reservations

No percentage of reservations that are not paid, and no charge for unsuccessful transactions.

A worked example

Process $20,000 through IBGO in a month and the IBGO transaction fee is $20.

This keeps our interests aligned with yours: IBGO succeeds when your hotel successfully collects payment. The merchant's normal bank processing fees remain separate and are paid directly to the acquiring bank under the merchant's existing agreement.

Pilot programme

Join the Costa Rica pilot

We are onboarding our first Cloudbeds properties in Costa Rica. If your hotel uses Cloudbeds but cannot process payments directly through BAC Credomatic, BCR, Banco Nacional or another local acquiring bank, we would like to learn about your setup.

We will use your information only to contact you about IBGO and evaluate your integration requirements. We will not sell or share your information.
